I was really excited about getting a new bowling bag for my boyfriend, but when I opened up the box and looked this bag over I was very disappointed. The handle and wheels are made of hard plastic, and the wheels are very loud when rolling the bag. The most disappointing part was the interior of the bag. This bag uses flimsy, individual dividers that attach with a small strip of Velcro in between the balls instead of having a one-piece, three section padded compartment for the balls to nestle in like other bags do. I couldn't tell that from the photos or I would have never purchased it. If I had spent about $20 more I could have gotten a much nicer bag, and that is very frustrating. I'd send the bag back but my boyfriend needed a bag for his tournament right away, so we're stuck with it. I'm hanging on to my warranty card for this one.
